Privacy Policy
Monolaurin & More is an educational website. It has no accounts, no forms and no shop, so there is very little to tell — but what there is, is below.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to information when you read Monolaurin & More. It covers this website only. It does not cover shopmonolaurin.com, naturalcurelabs.com or any other site you reach from a link here; those have their own policies.
What we collect
Nothing you type. This site has no accounts, no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no comments and no shop. There is nowhere to submit your name, your email address or any health information, and we do not ask for any.
What your browser sends automatically. Like any website, our host records standard access information: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We also measure which articles are read, using the analytics services listed below.
We do not sell your information, and we do not combine it with anything else to identify you personally.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. These are the ones this site sets:

Services we use
Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures how the site is used. See Google’s privacy policy.
Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) measures visits and can be used for advertising. See Meta’s privacy policy.
Google Fonts loads a typeface from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
On-site analytics. A page-view counter runs on our own server and stores its data in this site’s own database, not with a third party.
Login protection. Failed sign-in attempts to the site’s administration area are logged with the IP address that made them, to block automated attacks.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and adjust advertising in your Meta ad preferences.
Most browsers offer a tracking-protection or Global Privacy Control setting that blocks these services before they load.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Because this site holds no accounts and no submitted personal information, in practice such a request concerns the analytics records described above.
This site does not operate a contact address. In practice the controls in the previous section are the ones that take effect here: clearing cookies in your browser removes the identifiers this site has stored, and the Google and Meta opt-outs stop those services collecting anything further.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The educational content here is not intended for use by or for children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective 22 September 2026.
